Classic Cinemas Goes Fully Operational through E-Delivery by Deluxe

Los Angeles, CA – December 5, 2023 – Deluxe announced today that Classic Cinemas is the first US circuit to go fully operational at all sites with E-Delivery by Deluxe, the company’s broadband electronic content delivery solution.

"We are thrilled to eliminate hard drives for screenings, limited runs, and one-off engagements,” said Chris Johnson, CEO of Classic Cinemas. "E-Delivery by Deluxe gives studios another option and Classic Cinemas the peace of mind content will be there when it needs to be."  

 E-Delivery by Deluxe is a flexible, terrestrial delivery solution that offers point-to-point DCP delivery to cinemas around the globe using high-speed internet. Deluxe, who began its domestic roll out in early 2022, has quickly amassed over 950 operational sites in the US and Canada, with another 600 in deployment and more than 8,000 worldwide. E-Delivery not only allows cinemas to get the latest wide releases delivered right to the booth of the cinema, but it also delivers limited releases, studio screeners, repertory content, and trailers.

Working in partnership with Screenvision, E-Delivery by Deluxe enables on-screen advertising delivery over the same network negating unnecessary infrastructure.
